Just a small update folks…
Firstly before we get into today’s news snippet, can we just say hello to Universal. We’ve been made aware that you’re reading the blog, so hello, thank you for creating our favorite event, running the best theme parks in the world and I hope you enjoy reading our humble blog as much as everyone else. So onto our update…
Secondly, it came across our desk yesterday that the A&D Team for Universal Orlando have all been flying over to LA this week for the grand opening of their new Wizarding World. The team has been captained by our HHN fan-favorite Mike Aiello, who recently has been flitting between coasts a LOT lately trying to signup and agree designs for IPs etc for the coming HHN26.
It was noted to us on one of many domestic flights (via Virgin America – nice choice btw Universal!) that Mike could not work. Supposedly, he like all the team are time pressured (heck aren’t we all these days?), so to combat this he was aiming to work whilst flying over; which is a pretty regular and normal thing to do. However, once Mike started working he supposedly started to receive subsequent looks over his shoulder. Therefore he stopped.
It was then he realized that the things he were working on were so epic and so sensitive, that he immediately stopped. Therefore many have speculated what it could have been that he is working on. Obviously, if it was an original house with original HHN content they’d probably be no issue, likewise if it was for an IP that has already been released then maybe he won’t work on it. However, if it was something entirely brand new, perhaps a movie or TV show that has yet to be released, then yeah, you can’t flash that about on a plane, that’s highly sensitive stuff!
So could it be that he was working on something so EPIC that he feared it being released to the net that he purposefully didn’t work on the plane?
It has to be something very special indeed, no doubt soon we shall all find out soon…
So what do you think it was…
