Taking place in a devastated civilization overrun by Infected and hardened survivors, “The Last of Us” has captivated audiences since its release, marking its 10th anniversary this year. Now, fans can fully immerse themselves in a real-life experience that plunges them directly into the game’s horrifying universe.

The haunted houses at both Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood will transport guests into a realm of chaos and madness. Following the footsteps of Joel and Ellie, the game’s protagonists, visitors will embark on a grueling journey through a world dominated by a fungal virus that transforms humans into terrifying Infected creatures. Along the way, they will encounter Runners, Stalkers, Clickers, and The Hunters—a hostile group of survivors. To survive, guests must navigate the eerie Pittsburgh Quarantine Zone, traversing iconic locations from the video game, including the ominous and desolate Hotel Grand, as well as a network of dark and foreboding tunnels.
